TCM·STUDY is operated by Canada Life Class Inc., Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. In these terms, “we” means TCM·STUDY and its operator, and “you” means anyone using the site.
TCM·STUDY is a study site for the Pan-Canadian Acupuncturists Examination, offering an exam guide, a free diagnostic, paid mock modules and topic notes.
We are independent and not affiliated with CARB-TCMPA or any provincial regulator. Our questions are not real exam questions; always confirm exam details with CARB-TCMPA and your regulator.
The TCM Practitioners and TCM Herbalists exams are not covered.
We do not guarantee that you will pass. Full 10 comes with a fail-refund guarantee on the conditions in our refund policy.
Your account
You sign in with an email link. An account is for one person; do not share it or forward your sign-in links.
Use an email address you control; we send sign-in links and refund messages there.
If we find an account being shared or content being redistributed, we may suspend access without a refund.
Purchases and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and shown before you pay. A discount code, if you have one, can be entered at checkout and may carry its own conditions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Charges appear on your statement as TCM-STUDY.
Access lasts one year from payment, as set out in the refund policy. After it ends your history stays, but questions and explanations close.
Refunds follow our separate refund policy.
Using the content
Questions, explanations, notes and flashcards belong to TCM·STUDY and are for your own exam study only.
Do not copy, share screenshots, resell, post to other sites or group chats, or download content with automated tools.
Textbook passages quoted in explanations remain the property of their publishers and authors.
Accuracy and medical information
Explanations are written from and checked against the textbooks they cite, but mistakes can happen. Tell us and we will check and correct them.
This site is for exam study. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make patient care decisions.
Changes to the service
We may update, add to or redesign the content.
If we shut down before your access ends, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused portion.
If we change these terms we update the date above, and we email you about significant changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability relating to the service is limited to what you paid TCM·STUDY in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for exam results, exam scheduling or registration outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
